Swati Apte is facilitating the Succession Planning community of practice in spring 2024.

Swati Apte is the co-founder of The Arts Quotient (TAQ), a leadership development firm that works with business leaders, coaching them to lead their organizations effectively. She also brings her leadership work to small community and arts organizations, enabling them to strengthen their teams' capacities and work more strategically. She is particularly passionate about her work with women leaders equipping them to occupy more space in board rooms, in their own authentic style.  

Swati is on the board of the Kshirsagar-Apte Foundation and a senior advisor to Educate Girls and the World Monuments Fund. She has published thought pieces regularly in Harvard Business Review, IDR, Business Standard, and TAQ has a new Podcast called Women of Will. Swati holds a Masters in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is also a trained Odissi dancer.
