Succession Planning
“All that you touch you Change. All that you Change Changes you. The only lasting truth is Change.” Octavia Butler’s words still ring true – especially for a world of changemakers who are constantly building, shifting, and creating new systems and initiatives to address pressing issues of our time.
In Succession Planning, a community of practice for students who see themselves in transition (from organizations, ideas, or collaborations), students will be encouraged to think about the lifespan of a project or idea and how it lives beyond their individual participation. Over five sessions, students will discuss strategies and tools for making organizational transition thoughtful and sustainable.
Change is inevitable, so meet it head on by developing best practices to ensure your transition is meaningful for yourself, your community, and the outcomes you hope to see in the world.
