Program Manager, Applied Learning and Entrepreneurship
As the Program Manager of Applied Learning, Erika oversees the administration, coordination, and implementation of Athena's student-facing, co-curricular programming and manages program objectives, resources, and timelines, which are all critical to developing and sustaining the long-term relationships with Athena students and Athena Center stakeholders.
Since joining Athena, Erika's passion for women's leadership has only grown and is strengthened daily through her interactions with the broad network of students the Center serves. Committed to continuous improvement and lifelong learning, Erika holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Lehman College and received her B.A. in Culture and Deviance Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
