Program Manager, Applied Learning and Entrepreneurship
Erika supports Athena’s Director of Applied Learning and Entrepreneurship in administering, coordinating, and implementing Athena’s student-facing, co-curricular programming, which are critical to developing and sustaining the long-term relationships with Athena students, and Athena Center stakeholders
Since joining Athena, Erika's passion for women's leadership has only grown and is strengthened every day through her interactions with the broad network of students the Center serves. Erika holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Lehman College, and received her B.A. in Culture and Deviance Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
