Ebele is facilitating the Reimagining Hookup Culture community of practice in Spring 2025
Ebele currently serves as the Social Impact Lead at Hinge, where she helps tackle the loneliness epidemic amongst Gen Z via the company's One More Hour initiative. Prior to joining Hinge, Ebele was the Director of Digital Content at The One Love Foundation, an organization that empowers young people to identify and address the signs of unhealthy relationships.
An educator to her core, Ebele has taught in classrooms from Chicago Public Schools to Harvard Business School. She designed and led the inaugural Girls' Leadership Summit for the GEANCO Foundation, an organization transforming lives in southern Nigeria via health and education programs. And, when she is not at Hinge, Ebele spends her time interviewing young people about the impact gender, sexual orientation, race, and social media have on their romantic lives.
Ebele earned her Bachelor's in Political Economics from Georgetown University and her MSW from the University of Chicago. Beyond all of that, Ebele lives in Brooklyn, but is a forever Chicagoan; she has saved every card anyone has ever written her; and she once had a man break up with her because she does not like cheese.
