Claudia Polgar is a recent alum of Barnard College of Columbia University, where she studied Medicine, Literature and Society with a Psychology minor. She is passionate about helping others and identifying innovative solutions to pressing healthcare challenges. Throughout her time as a student, Claudia was involved with Columbia Organization of Rising Entrepreneurs (CORE), Columbia Entrepreneurship’s Design Studio, and Columbia Debate Society. She cross-registered in courses at Columbia Business School and loved to collaborate with other entrepreneurial thinkers on campus. She is now a member of the Columbia Startup Lab, where she is working on her digital health startup, CheckPoint Health, in the caregiving space. Claudia believes that entrepreneurship is the best outlet to channel personal experiences into productive action for others, and she is excited to support student entrepreneurs!
