BREAKING THE GENDER BIAS HABIT®
June 13 - 14, 2018; Barnard College, New York City
During this two day program, participants gain a deeper understanding of how to identify and combat bias on both an individual and organization level. This program addresses that while acknowledging and being aware of the biases we possess is a good start to achieving and celebrating diversity, it is not enough. Participants learn strategies to challenge and change bias-driven behaviors moving forward.
Breaking the Gender Bias Habit® addresses the harmful effects of gender bias across public, private, nonprofit, or government organizations. This program provides a supportive and non-blaming environment to explore personal biases and the impact they have on individual people and workplaces. Participants leave the program with the tools, skills, and resources to take the learning back and be agents of change within their sphere of influence.
