Power Talk with Nathalie Molina Niño

Wednesday, October 10, 2018
6:30PM-8PM
Sulzberger Parlor, 3rd Floor of Barnard Hall

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, please join us for a conversation with entrepreneur, author, and investor, Nathalie Molina Niño.

Nathalie Molina Niño is the CEO and founder of BRAVA Investments, where she invests in businesses that economically benefit women. Molina Niño is also the author of Leapfrog: The New Revolution for Women Entrepreneurs, a book designed to level the playing field for women entrepreneurs and anyone sick of the status quo. A technologist and coder by training, Molina Niño is a consummate entrepreneur and a storyteller at heart. She launched her first tech startup at the age of twenty and also co-founded the Entrepreneurs@Athena program at the Athena Center for Leadership Studies at Barnard College, where the idea for her book was born and nurtured.

This conversation, moderated by Barnard student and Athena Scholar, Maleni Palacios-Delgado '20, and co-sponsored by Barnard Mujeres, will shed light into the making of her book, her mission to teach unorthodox ways to give women a leg up in business and will provide practical tools for women to skillfully navigate any entrepreneurial endeavor.

Copies of Leapfrog: The New Revolution for Women Entrepreneurs will be available for purchase at this event.

The Athena Center for Leadership Studies' Power Talks series features today’s leaders sharing their stories and discussing women's leadership, social justice, gender equality and other provocative topics of the moment. Each talk is followed by an audience Q&A.

This event is FREE of charge but registration is required.
