From student loans to credit cards to budgeting wisely, this is a great opportunity to ensure you make smart decisions when it comes to saving and spending your hard-earned cash. Christine Valenza Shin '84 is Associate Director for Alumnae Counseling and Education at Beyond Barnard. Christine counsels alumnae at all stages of their careers, as well as developing and presenting workshops and programs for alumnae and current students. Christine was formerly the Associate Director of the Athena Leadership Lab at Barnard, and before that the Program Director of Barnard's Financial Fluency Program for alumnae. Earlier in her career she was a teacher and teacher educator. A 1984 graduate of Barnard, she majored in history and minored in education.  This workshop is part of our fall 2019 series on financial fluency.
